Folks, I've been taking pictures since 1976 and am a
Photographer for a few years now with my own Business.
I started out shooting 35mm film and made the tough transition to
digital pretty much on my own. By the time I got my second
digital cameraI I was so frustrated that I put it away for a couple of years. But, my refusal to quit eventually paid off. I've taken pictures in a large variety of conditions and under many situations both for myself and as someone who has been hired to do a job. I am basically self taught and what you will learn comes from a combination of my experience, listening and watching, and an occasional good tip from someone whose work I admire. I am a member of the Kentucky News Photographer Association where I can always count on my friend Joe Imel for support. My photos and articles have been published in several Newspapers and National Magazines. I teach for Community Education in Bowling Green, freelance for the Butler County Beechtree News and manage the rest of my Business which includes shooting a good amount of MotorSports, Business and Event Photography. Our Workshops are designed to teach and build confidence in your abilities.
